5 /5 Alex: Just got insurance earlier today and it was the quickest and simplest process ever. The lady had an amazing attitude & explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family!

1 /5 Aaron Reynolds: Tried to get homeowners insurance policy through this branch of state farm and their underwriters and adjusters thought they knew better than specialist and told us the roof was uninsurable when others told us there were no major issues. It’s disappointing because I’ve had their insurance on two homes in the past and never had an issue. We are being held accountable for debris piles left on the property by the previous owners, so it seems like they are looking for any excuse. I will be be moving my auto insurance and other insurances away from state farm.

I have held my insurance license for 40 years and when I start inquiring with a new agent in regards to my insurance, I do not let them know that I know what I’m talking about. I like to see how the staff is going to handle things. Rebecca staff was very helpful. Angela was right on with everything as we discussed coverages for my Auto and my homeowners. I was very pleased I have since then written all of my coverages with this agency. I have talked with Veronica on several occasions, and she has been more than polite, accommodating, and professional. In my opinion, this is a very professional agency and I would recommend them to anyone. I noticed there was a comment from someone who was saying that the staff was rude. I would like to give my opinion on this with my experience 99% of the time it’s insured that gets rude

Life, auto and homeowners insurance, she is an expert and loves helping you get what you need. I would recommend her to my friends and family for their insurance needs.

2 /5 Rodney Wheeler: Called today (4/10/2023) to ask why my monthly auto payment amount has been increased by 20%. Spoke with Angela. She read back to me exactly the same information that was in the letter with my payment information. I can read. Says rates were increased. I see that in the payment amount. Angela had no real explanation as to why nor was there any help in how to gain additional discounts (except to add home insurance to the portfolio). She said ALL State Farm policies are going up. Should have saved myself time and a phone call.
