5 /5 hope martinez: I loved that as I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile and that the staff took the time to look up from their task and greet me. Not like some places that greet you and never look up at you or acknowledges you are actually there. Thank you for that warm welcome, even though you were busy it was very much appreciated.

2 /5 P Casares: Not a happy camper. Im getting a late fee and nsf rtn fee on a payment that has not even been attempted to be drafted out of my bank. This has been confirmed by my bank by not one but two csr. I have contacted the corporate office to get my $30 back. It is unfortunate that I am being stuck with this fee for something that was sure to be human error. Hopefully someone will make this right and my funds will be credited to my payments. I would hate to take this further. I will wait patiently. Mind you I was not and have not been notified by email of the nsf and just received a text today. Eight days after I made the call in to do the payment over the phone. I have faith it will work itself out.

1 /5 Plush Verse: Very unprofessional. Workers there are not helpful and they are not doing there job correctly. I think no one should get a loan from this company because it is unprofessional and workers need to do there job better. These workers need to do better.
