I honestly look forward to continuing to work with them. I would definitely recommend Stepstone if you need help with a loan. All of the girls I had the pleasure of speaking with were more than willing to help no matter who I spoke with. Crystal was great and Angel & Janie are both very polite ladies as well! 1 /5 Samantha Aleman: If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I had some very tragic things happen in my life and got behind on my loan and when I spoke to ANGEL about it she had an attitude with me telling me “It’s been four months.” I called again today to pay the loan and she decided to tell me she wasn’t “going to deal with me anymore” after she asked me to elaborate what happened in my life. I will NEVER go through Angel or her company again. Disgusting service. The last few times i’ve talked with Angel she had been unprofessional, rude, snarky and just unpleasant. They harassed everyone I was FORCED to put down as a “reference” even though I was keeping in contact & letting them know I still wasn’t able to pay. I was getting notifications every day for different amounts they were trying to charge my card and now have to leave my card locked so they don’t take out random amounts at random times. Shady company. Wish I would’ve went somewhere else, with better managers that are nothing like Angel.
