Jalexia Rios The worst experience I’ve had with their customer service, refund and “lost documents”. Been trying to get a refund for my GAP since February and unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 30 days with their issues. They only give you checks and ask to fill out paperwork to not even read what they ask for. I love Toyota cars but I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if it means to deal with this nonsense. If I had to rate this would be -200/10.

Baker Michael “LandN” Steve is super helpful, knows the business, knows how and manages my funds very well. Has improved the growth in all of my accounts. This is what allows me to sleep well in my retirement. He is always willing to explain in detail how financial tools work when I present those questions and I ask a lot of those questions, and when he has answered them I completely understand. He is easy to reach out to, and is ready to help with anything I need to address. This is much appreciated. I enjoy talking and working with Steve, would not have it any other way. 5 stars from my view.
