Daniel Wendelmeier The only bad thing I can say is that the connection on the phone kept dropping so they had to call me back several times. According to the sign on the door they are closed to the public because of the pandemic but are still inside working. Interesting. My dad applied for Utility Assistance, they couldnt help him right away but gave me numbers to local churches that did end up helping us. I guess it helps to know whats in your community. Whoever it was that answered the phone said that January 1 started a new year for them and they have to call people applying in the order that the applications come in. Since it was February 1, I would imagine that means there are people in front of my dad. When they told me they cover 5 counties. I was shocked it wasnt just Giddings/ Lee county, so I can understand that theyre probably super busy. Thank you for helping me get my dad taken care of and for getting us to a church to help while we wait for a call.

Celeste M I come here for the business I work for and every single time Jenna and Kara go above and beyond for their customers. Even when Im waiting in line, they are caring, quick, and efficient. Some people hate going to the bank but I always look forward to it because of these sweet ladies!
