Jasmine Baquet I have been a customer since August. I absolutely love every single product that I got from here. The air fresheners, candles and waxes are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THEY SMELL DELICIOUS! YOU CAN ACTUALLY SMELL THEM THROUGH THE PACKAGING. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDES THE BEST SERVICE WITH WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED. I LIKE MY CANDLES WITHOUT THE WICK BECAUSE I WARM THEM AND SHE MAKES MY CANDLES JUST THE WAY I LIKE THEM! I HAVE ORDERED ALMOST EVERY MONTH FROM HERE SINCE I HAVE BECOME A CUSTOMER. I have high hopes that this company will prosper to something unimaginable.

Judy Barber I would like to give a shout out to teller Morgan. I was in the Credit Union this afternoon. All of the tellers were busy helping customers. When it was my turn she asked if she could help me. I explained I needed help with my Home Banking app but I was frustrated because I had not been able to figure it out myself. She was so kind and patient as I explained the problem. She said “lots of customers need help”. It made me feel a whole lot better. She showed me step by step how to fix the problem. She was so patient as I tried to get my 80 year old fingers to push the correct buttons on my phone. We got the problem solved and I was on my way. Morgan’s skill and helpfulness is a perfect example of excellent customer service. SWECU is fortunate to have Morgan represent them. Judy Barber 08-04-2025

Sabrena St Clergy i’m from out of town and I had to open up an account here at this local date for a loan on a home. I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.

Jennifer Ost We have had our small business at this location for a couple years and they are just the kindest, most helpful people! I do drive thru deposit most every Tues and they are always fast, friendly and give my puppy a treat! Yesterday I was having problems with their online banking and the nicest girl helped me and kept calling me back to let me know how much longer it might be till it was up and running. She was the best. I cant say enough about this small town bank location! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity!
