Martin Towey We had another advisor for over 10 years suddenly up and quit on us. The firm he was with never even told us, and were unapologetic, when we finally found out from a missed meeting that no one was servicing our accounts in the meantime. Despite a couple of stumbling blocks with the transferring of funds between old and new Chase has been professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and apologetic. He quickly took the reins and has since taken over both mine, and my mothers, financial planning with the personal attention youd give to your own. Very inquisitive and mindful he has taken the time to truly ingest our needs and then find the tools to address them.
