I have worked with them to finance a rural land purchase, a mortgage on my home, and just recently, to purchase a piece of commercial property. They were very approachable, friendly, and wanted to understand my goals so they could customize a loan/terms that aligned specifically with "my" needs. They are financially conservative, so will not let you get over leveraged and they have outstanding customer service that is second to none.
