Brittany Palmer Dont waste your time or money with this scam of a company. This truly is one of those "to good to be true" things. Low down payment sky high monthly payment along with they lie and do anything in their power to keep you from getting the house inspected. They told us our house had a new roof lo and behold we had to replace the dang roof!! The office ladies are rude and unprofessional and they will come bully you at your house saying nasty things to you about a payment 5 days late when you have a 10 day grace period and it states that in the contract. When they forclose on you and trust me they will because the payments are so high no one can keep paying them not only do they not do it legally but they dont even mail it they just stick it in your door so the wind can blow it away or a neighbor can grab it if your not home. The owner is a greedy greedy man selling houses far above their value to people who are in a tough spot credit wise. It would be far more cost productive for you as an individule to simply have someone fix your credit then going this route. Nothing absolutley nothing is good about this so called company its simply a scam please avoid it at all costs!!

Manouchehr Mohandesi Worst service. TIAA doesn’t have any employees to responce to the clients. The person at front desk lies to face of clients and says she is not working for TIAA and no one can response to questions. Why TIAA has send us to their fake office for stupid notary doc?

Brandon Otto Absolute best insurance business in Chambers County. First class service from the agents to the secretaries. Remember that just because an insurance company may provide a lower rate does not mean that they will provide the same level of service.

DARREN WILCOX Customer service and follow-up are the two key words I find with this company that I have found with few others. When I had a question, I got it answered. They didnt keep me on the phone for hours. They took my info and CALLED ME BACK! WHO DOES THAT? Well...this company does.

Keith Sugg This bank has the friendliest people and they value your business. I’ve been with them since 2000. I’ve recently relocated and parting was a difficult thing. I wish they had a branch in my new location. It has been an extreme pleasure conducting business with LNB for the past 24 years.

She was so knowledgeable and had given us some great advice so we decided they were going to be our financial advisors. Connie was my first point of contact for information gathering and she did almost everything for me! Transferring of my 401k was nerve racking but with Connie’s help I didnt have an issue as she was on the phone with me helping with questions. All along the way, Brindle and Bay has such an amazing staff who is there to support and provide the financial expertise my husband I are lacking. Now we have peace of mind with our finances.
