1 /5 Brittany Palmer: Dont waste your time or money with this scam of a company. This truly is one of those "to good to be true" things. Low down payment sky high monthly payment along with they lie and do anything in their power to keep you from getting the house inspected. They told us our house had a new roof lo and behold we had to replace the dang roof!! The office ladies are rude and unprofessional and they will come bully you at your house saying nasty things to you about a payment 5 days late when you have a 10 day grace period and it states that in the contract. When they forclose on you and trust me they will because the payments are so high no one can keep paying them not only do they not do it legally but they dont even mail it they just stick it in your door so the wind can blow it away or a neighbor can grab it if your not home. The owner is a greedy greedy man selling houses far above their value to people who are in a tough spot credit wise. It would be far more cost productive for you as an individule to simply have someone fix your credit then going this route. Nothing absolutley nothing is good about this so called company its simply a scam please avoid it at all costs!!

1 /5 Samantha Mays: ITS A SCAM!! I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. They are full of lies and only care about taking your money. Houses are marked above their actual value so you get stuck with an upside down loan and extremely high monthly payments. ITS A SCAM!!! He is stealing our money while living in the country club and playing golf. And then hes glad to ruin what little credit you had by foreclosing on the house and leaving you even more in debt.

1 /5 Jackson Brittany: 160,000 dollar home 18% interest 30 yr loan monthly payment of 1896.67 do the math and tell me what you end up paying for that home in the end! F.Y.I they dont check credit just so they can charge 18% intrest!

THERE HOUSES ARE OVER PRICED WE BOUGHT A HOME BECAUSE IT SOUNDED LIKE A GOOD DEAL THEY TOLD US WE COULD REFINANCE AFTER 6 MONTHS WITH NO PROBLEMS BUT WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT NO BANK WILL REFINANCE YOU BECAUSE ITS NOT FANNIE MAE OR FREDDIE MAC LOAN ITS JUST A SELLER LOAN. OUR HOUSE IS WORTH 102K AND WE OWE 159K. THERES NO WAY ANYONE WILL REFINANCE US!!! WE PAY THEM 2K A MONTH AND ONLY $20 GOES TO THE PRICIPAL OF THE HOUSE ARE YOU KIDDING??? WE WILL NEVER PAY THE HOME OFF BY THE TIME WE PAY THAT AT 30 YEARS WE COULD HAVE LIVED IN A MANSION!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION JUST SHORTLY AFTER MOVING IN WE HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE GAS LINE WHICH WAS $1600.00 THE PIPE WAS LITERALLY BROKE IN HALF SURELY THE OWNER KNEW THAT!!!!!
