1 /5 jay Chi: I had a very disappointing experience at Audrey’s counter. When I asked to exchange some change, the staff member threw the money at me in a clearly disrespectful manner. I was genuinely shocked by her behavior. This was my first encounter with such rudeness since arriving in Paris, and it left a very negative impression. I’m sharing this because I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. If this is considered acceptable customer service, it’s truly concerning.

1 /5 Rodney Storm: Late payment reported, which dropped my credit score 90 points, all over $1.14. The payment wasnt late they neglected to tell me the payment went up. Shopping around for a new bank.

1 /5 Roger Haley: Until this month I have rated 1st Federal at a 10, 5 stars, but things have changed at the bank I used for 35 years. I retired from the US NAVY in 1989 and 1st Fed became my bank. I made friends with several of the people who worked there and was always treated like I mattered. Only recently have they - specifically the head of the fraud department - treated me like I was an incompetent idiot. She spoke to me like I was a child, with a condescending, superior, smug attitude. Because of that, I formed an immediate dislike for her and didnt like her trying to control how I invested MY money. Crypto currency is here to stay and if they dont get with the rest of the world, theyll become irrelevant. She called me last week and said they (she), the bank, had decided to sever our relationship. So, after 35 years of working with many people in the bank, I am no longer good enough! Well, there are plenty of banks and, if they allow her to run the bank, Im happy to take my money and business elsewhere. Its a damn shame!

I wish more people were like her and her supervisor. I didnt catch their name, but thank you for everything! Im beyond grateful for such a caring bank. I will continue to bank here and refer any and everyone to use this bank. They will NOT let you down!

1 /5 Rex Shipman: I went in with a friend to cash ed to get a vehicle a CASHIERS CHECK from Chase Bank. Was treated TERRIBLY by the Blond woman in the first office. She was going to open an account & leave over half in the account as she need to get a vehicle
