1 /5 Allan Swanner: My wife had a joint account here with her mother who passed away. My wife tried to change the account to her name and brought in the death certificate and all the necessary documents. The nursing home kept getting the statements so we went back to the bank who has no idea of what happened to the death certificate and has no records of the account being charged over. We decided to close the account and have been here for over an hour trying to close the account. Apparently there are only three people who know how to close an account here. Every time we have tried to do anything here it always turns into a fiasco. The account is finally closed and its time to celebrate.

Then when we found the another good deal she got us into it with payments we can afford. I’m telling you if you need a bank loan first financial bank is place to go.

1 /5 Rex Brewer: Worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Very unprofessional. Somehow I overdrew an account and accurred over 300 dollars in fees. I have attempted to make things right with them multiple times but unless I pay all those fees they are taking me court. I am fine with paying what I owe but the bank is set on getting there 35 dollar every transaction is a bit excessive. I have had accounts with this bank for 20 years. Way better banks to do business with.

4 /5 Cindy Barnett: We are relatively new to this area and our daughter had written us a check she banks at first financial we went tocash the check and they want to charge us five dollars to cash their check I think this is a very unfair rules I could see if it was a check that was not on their bank but this was a check from their bank that they would not cash without charging us five dollars it just makes me feel sad.
