1 /5 K Rose: Appalled at the lack of professional service and attitude from staff at this location. We have a new business account and when their card systems started declining our Google Ad automated payments, even after verifying with their card services robo-calls. When I called for help, Tammy answered. I was told "you need to quit that" regarding an automated recurring payment... I mean, really?? "quit it?" ...how unprofessional.
We were then told that no resolution was available, with no apology nor an attempt to find a solution. This is an essential service for our company, and having no ads and no payments systems available from our bank severely impacts our business. I am stunned at the attitude and lack of professional service from a bank when asking for a very basic, very essential service from this bank. Were now left leaving voicemails and chasing up folks in other cities, in our own time, with no resolution.
Clearly you cannot rely on this bank for basic banking service, nor can you rely on them for help when their own systems do not function. Thats just embarrassing.
