1 /5 Taylor Williams: From the first time I walked in I’ve always felt negative energy . No one speaks to you when you walk in it’s not inviting at all . The one black woman that was there was extremely nice called me over and assisted me and also noticed the same thing I did which is why she called me over and assisted me I almost decided to go with a different bank because regardless of how someone looks everyone should be treated the same I mean I’m trusting you with my money and I’m a customer . I busted today told the lady who assisted me thank you once we were done and all she said was yeah no have a good day no conversation at the counter literally seemed like she didn’t want to assist me . Might just close my account and go somewhere else because I don’t think it’s right at all to have to deal leave out feeling like I didn’t belong there . If I could give my review without stars I would but I leaving one for the nice lady who helped me when I opened my account because if it wasn’t for her I would not be a customer from day one
1 /5 Dannie DeBerry: What used to be a very good bank had turned into one of The worst banks to do business. I used to be able to count on this bank with very good customer relations but now they sell our information to Jack Henry & Associates to do with as they seem fit!!!!! Not for long though!!!!!!
4 /5 Lesley Oliver: I have only been with them a little while and so far love it. Would have given 5 stars if they only had atm deposit available. I’m like most people I work during the day and it’s hard to make a cash deposit because of the hours I work it would help greatly if they would update the atms to take deposits for when the bank is closed.

I really wish they would accept deposits through the ATM at this branch location.
caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.
serjio stano This place is absolutely awesome. Ive had some bad stuff happen in the past to my credit. I called and told him what I was going through. And they see that I do have some good credit he recently that Im building. So they offer me a credit builder loan. And I guarantee Ill pay every penny back to this place. BIG UPS TO ACTION FINANCE.
