1 /5 Joseph Collier: Been with them 6 months and fixing to find another credit union not getting into details but these ppl slow and place sucks.

1 /5 Emma Liedy: We unfortunately had to go to the bank on a Saturday unexpectedly and we go there at 11:30 through the drive through lanes we waited until 12:15 well after they closed to be helped only for them to shut down completely without being helped. We shouldve been helped I dont care if your past the time you shouldve been home it seems incredibly unfair given that we showed up during business hours. Now had I showed up at 12:00 exactly and this had happened I wouldve been like oh alright my fault but I didnt.

2 /5 Alex Parsons: I just went to my local Rave branch to complete a “guest member” transaction. However, when I approached the teller - I was advised that Rave apparently NO LONGER does guest member transactions. This is the reason for my review - as I feel it is just another way they can diminish services provided, while simultaneously increasing $$$ required for products and services. I may not be able to do anything about the previous paragraph, but I can leave MY REVIEW!

4 /5 caden swain: Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.

1 /5 P. SJ: You guys have become worse since you changed over. It is Saturday, February 8, 2025 and I arrived at this credit union at 10:03 AM and it is 10:40 and Im STILL not serviced. I am blocked in so Im stuck and cant leave but this is ridiculous. If they had given me the proper denominations for my trip that I requested YESTERDAY, I would not even be here when I should be on the road.
