1 /5 Lauren Discoli: Worst insurance company Ive ever had. The employees seem to know almost nothing. I was with them for years up until today when I had to file my first claim ever. Hail damage. When I called the adjuster informed me that I have only ever had liability. Even though I made it very clear I needed full coverage two years ago when I got my new car. I have a loan on my car and they signed me up for liability?! I KNOW I told them I just bought it and wanted it covered from number to bumper full coverage. But apparently its my fault for signing the paperwork. Even though its very tiny and hard for me to read. Its my fault and I cant make a claim because they screwed up. I will never go back to these slime balls who would not even acknowledge their mistakes. And Im stuck with the damage. Ill be going to a reputable company from now on. Not like this one was saving me a dime charging a person with a clean drivers record 157 bucks for liability. Beware the BS.
