2 /5 Francisco Donoso: Reached out and took a week to get back to me and offer me one policy for 5.5K and another for 7.5K. I was shopping around because my current provider was increasing from 2500 to 3000 lol. I called allstate and immediately they got me in for 2300.

1 /5 Warwick Poole: In September, I contacted Tom to provide me a quote for bundled Auto and Home insurance on a new home purchase. After sending all the required info, Tom responded by sending me someone elses Auto Policy detailed quote, and then just never replied at all when I asked him why he sent me someone elses quote. Being an insurance broker seems to be incredibly low effort based job on my experiences. When any customer needs some specific help or policy setup, then it seems its best for the broker to just ignore and move on to the next generic customer to maximize return on low investment.

I shopped around but none of the other quotes were even close. Tom even helped me get my coverage reinstated this year when I forgot to renew my policy. Oops but thanks Tom!
