Karen Johnson I, like so many in our area, was absolutely devastated by Hurricane Harvey. I have never been through something like this and did not know where to start. I called my local Allstate Office and they walked me through exactly what to do. The customer service that I experienced through this branch was exceptional. Every call, every contact - extremely professional, incredibly informative and always caring. The adjuster that I was assigned, Mr. William Smith, was AMAZING. He kept in contact with me each and every step of the way. He showed up for every appointment on time. He made regular calls to me to let me know where he was in the process. I never felt like I was an address on a clip board. I felt like I was a customer that was getting priority treatment. Neighbors on each side of me were not so fortunate. They both complained of missed appointments, phone calls not being returned, questions not being answered. Both neighbors had coverage with competitors of Allstate. I pray that non of us ever go through such devastation again but if we do, I feel confident that I will be in Good Hands with Mr. David Duckett and his exceptional team.

Bradley Baysinger To be clear at the outset, this review is for Homeyer Insurance, its not for State Farm. The staff at Homeyer Insurance has given me excellent service for the 25+ years Ive been in the Georgetown area. Ive only had one claim in that time and it was recent. I didnt think State Farm was going to cover it. With Dawns help from Homeyer, It was covered, less my deductible. I cant thank them enough. Their service is worth more than 5 stars. Thank you Don, Dawn and Lorie.

Erick Goble Yossira Balquier Helped me and my family received the best Auto Insurance at the cheapest rates. We hold an SR 22 and Yossira was able to get us a low monthly rate of $75 such an amazing company to work with people that have had previous issues with insurance/credit score issues The link that was provided in the email was broken to give her an overall review so I came on and googled Odessa Texas and went ahead and just put her name in for an insurance agent who has wonderful customer service skills and is able to keep up with the busyness of daily life. I literally was grocery shopping and doing all kinds of things while I spoke to her on the phone and she was able to get us like I said a cheap rate decent coverage all within 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommend

Stephanie Colbert I had the pleasure of doing business with Kaizen and they are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you the coverage you need at a price you can afford. I had a minor accident last year, so when my rates went up, I called and they were able to come through for me. They are very responsive to my texts and I would definitely recommend doing business with them. When searching Kaizen I saw the definition "a change for the better" Let them help you make a change for the better. You wont be disappointed.
