4 /5 Ray Sekula: At the onset I thought everything was great, good rates, good service. My policy was set up but had my DOB wrong. My initial signing apparently was not accepted as PI needed me to sign the documents again to complete the policy. After correcting the DOB, my police increased by $10.00 per month. That was disappointing. My agent was really good about about getting me the best rate possible. Im satisfied with Ericas service and would recommend Kaizen Insurance Agency.

After speaking to a few people I came across Erica and I couldn’t be anymore happier even if I tried. I had a minor accident last year, so when my rates went up, I called and they were able to come through for me.
