1 /5 Shara Rogers: Tired of the rude attitudes that the ladies in this office have. Was literally told today that they dont care and they acted like they dont want to hear anything you have to say! Theres no need to be so rude so early in the morning. They acted like I had to either come in to their office to sign something to reinstate my policy because it lapsed by a few days because I had to wait for my payday or call and talk to Progressive at their main number...which I had already tried but due to the Hurricane Helene they were having high call volume. I tried explaining to this local agent that I work overnight and sleep days and needed to make my payment and she literally said that wasnt her problem & she didnt care. This agency does not care if youre a shift worker. Oh they can take your money but want to treat you like crap! Im going to switch agents or companies to someone not so attitudish!! Maybe some other company will appreciate my money!

Amy worked with me and explained that my current deal was fine as is and that I should stick with it instead of switching to them, and then took the time to explain my policy to me. Honest and straightforward.

2 /5 Jon D. Smith: Went to transfer my bike insurance to a local agency. Friendly reception and the process went smoothly. Update/star reduction: Not so smooth.... After a week with no information, I call Progressive directly. Seems my policy request was not processed due to pending premium payment which, was pending process acknowledgement/call to action. A bit of a red tape circle that I had to resolve myself. The expectation was that the agency pursue things of this nature to resolution and contact me for any action required. Not off to a good start and may not remain with the agency.
