5 /5 ilene aguilar: Called to make a payment this month was told my policy was canceled and I had to pay more to start it up again. The agent I was speaking to was very rude and couldn’t give me answer as to where my payment from last month went(it looked as if I didn’t pay last month hence why it got canceled) . I explained I did pay last month and have the charge on my bank statement to prove it. She made it seem like she was annoyed and didn’t wanna deal with the situation and stated she could transfer me to the agent who took my payment last month which was Mr. Douglas Kirkpatrick. I spoke to the gentlemen he searched up my policy number and realized he made the mistake of not posting my payment to my account which is why it got canceled. He was very apologetic and corrected his error right away. He was very nice the entire time calm and friendly. We all make mistakes as we are all human. I was just super grateful he was able to fix the issue and even go as far as emailing me that my payment for this month was posted to my account!
