5 /5 Carl Stoner: We moved into our house in Midlothian some 5 or 6 years ago and I always felt we were underinsured and the Insurance Agent I had at the time just kept deflecting when I wanted to discuss but still making me feel like all was okay. We added a pool and I thought my rate was going to go through the roof and it didnt change and again the agent just deflected and I thought we were okay. Finally, I called Tim and asked him to take a look and he came back and reduced my rate by almost 50% while at the same time increasing my coverage by about 25%. Not only do I feel so much better about my coverage but I also understand the process so much better. As soon as I complete this review I am reaching out to all of my kids, all recent homeowners themselves, and tell them about Tim and let them know if they arent 100% satisfied with their current Agent then they should give Tim a call. One more thing about Tim, he truly respects boundaries. I have getting calls from insurance, solar, window or any of the multitude of cretins we get calling all of us everyday. I told him this and he has never called me without a heads up text and even the texts he keeps at a minimum.
