1 /5 Michelle Eggimann: When I was shopping around for a new insurance company, I wanted to go local to support a fellow area business. What a mistake! When I called for a quote, I was made to feel welcome and had just the best experience with Savannah. She seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and even saved me a few thousand dollars per year. Wow, it was great. Then, once I dropped off my check, thats when the rug was pulled out from under me and they stuck me with some "other guy". Ive been unhappy pretty much since day 2 of being with these people. Ive called to complain and try to get a different agent, one I can trust, but they pretty much dont care and are making me stay with the guy they assigned to me. Nothing worse than paying a commission to an agent you dont like, dont trust, and dont feel comfortable with. Just pure disgust!
