I was referred from a friend to her and she only over delivered! She was literally out of the office not feeling well and still made me a priority to get my auto loan done with great rates too! I really only like to work with credit unions. She made the whole process seamless! She was very personable and even did some personal inspiring and mentorship along the way:) She is one of a kind! eric wright Update - 12/31/24 - i am moving this from 1 star to 3 stars - The issue got resolved. It was a lengthy and painful process but they ultimately did the right thing - If you have a rough transaction, be prepared to jump through hoops, but it seems they will do the right thing. ordered an item from BBQgrills.com - we are in week 16 and I still have not received the item. I am financing this through Bread Financial and have made 4 payments so far. I opened a case with them 3 weeks ago and they told me it could take up to 90 days to resolve with the vendor. I have canceled the order with the vendor and shared 20+ days of emails showing BBQgrills is not being responsive. Bread says that this will take another 80+ days to resolve, and at that point i would have been paying on an item i do not have for over 6 months. This is ridiculous. I think they are scammers that are involved with the vendor in stealing peoples money. - UPDATE - Bread responded in a comment - below in a cut and paste response - I am leaving this review to let people know that you are in fact not willing to help, I have called you guys multiple times with no resolution except to wait for another 80 days. You do not care about helping, just in taking peoples money.
