The dream team _ The seating area is actually disgusting. Gross stains on seating. Totally unacceptable for a bank this big. Employees untrained and because of this incompetent. It is not the employees fault, just so poorly managed. The CEO is worth 50 + million and they have untrained employees and stained chairs in lobby.

Preston Harris I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
