Dan Carroll I just needed to say thanks to Jeff at Guest Insurance taking the time to help a young man I brought to his office to get car insurance for the first time. He was buying his first car and needed help and guidance in making wise and good decisions. Jeff took him through the process and how insurance was needed for the new car. Jeff even at one time, because of the young mans age, made him aware of the cost and almost apologized for it being so much. We had checked out the insurance and knew of the expense but appreciated the honety Jeff shared with the young man. Bolts Valkyrie They took their time getting my claim to me and didnt even give me what I was supposed to get. When I mentioned it to them they denied owing it. I wouldnt have received my claim if I didnt continue being persistent about it and threaten them with my attorney.
