1 /5 Amarantha Segundo: Very rude, I went today to return my purchase that I made about 2 weeks ago and the lady said she couldn’t help me because the ring was “scratched” how is a ring that I bought “brand new” scratched?she then went on and said I can go to the Pandora in Mercedes to try and return it there but why am I gonna go and waist my gas just because she didn’t want to help me? How is it my fault they sold me a defective ring.. I should’ve known they sold me a “scratched” ring when the lady that sold it to me in the first place didn’t even want to give me a box or a bag until I asked for one. I’ve been a loyal customer from Pandora for years… going to stop coming here and just go to James Avery maybe they will appreciate my business more than this place. Valery I believe the girl name was not sure I was just to disappointed to remember her name.
1 /5 Naydeline Reyes: I just wanted to say that I used to work here and the manager was a total jerk. She was rude and treated me poorly. Now by looking at all of these reviews I can totally see that I was not the problem at all. THEY ARE. I never came back there because they were all super rude. They all look at you weird. Pandora you should get better management. Her name is Gisela. Now I go to the one in Mercedes, Tx. And let me tell you that they have better customer service.
1 /5 yesenia hernandez: Went today 11/9/2024 to buy a bracelet and some charms for my sister since that’s what she wanted for her Birthday today. We got there and there was only one associate helping some customers, it wasnt really busy. It took a while for an associate to come over and I asked her if she was gonna help us and she said “yeah”. The whole time the sales associate FAITH, was rude, seemed like she did not want to help or sell us anything. Did not smile, seemed bothered every time we asked her to take out a different bin so we could see different charms . And even after purchasing almost 300$ worth of merchandise she could not even say thank you and had the same bitter face since she started helping us. Her not saying Thank you was my final straw and I asked her if we could please speak to the manager. We spoke to the manager to let her know of the terrible service we received and according to the manager the sales associate FAITH did know Spanish so I don’t understand why she kept ignoring my mom when she’d ask her questions. The other sales associates were smiling and being suggestive and helping out the other customers with joy so im not sure what the issue was with that associate. Wont be shopping there anytime soon.

1 /5 HOUNDBOB 0: was not friendly at all. No customer service and has an attitude of a person who seems I was bothering her. Looks professional but comes with a sour piss off attitude. No goodbye or have great day. More like trying to get of me so she can go into back room to see herself in mirror. Yeah stuck up attitude, call it as I see it
