1 /5 Mitchell McRae: Store had two customers browsing and three employees. I walked in with my two children to pick out Mother’s Day presents for my wife. Once we walked in we were immediately turned away by the rep at the door and told sternly to exit. She stated I would need to give my information and be placed on a waiting list to enter. She was speaking with a customer at that time and I assumed a purchase was being finalized. I was in retail sales for over 15 years at a car dealership and did very well. I do not understand why anyone would give information (name, phone number, email) to enter a store just to look at a product. Bad business practice. All future Pandora items will be ordered online. I don’t prefer doing that as I like to see the item in person before I buy it, but it is a much less invasive approach.

1 /5 Bradly Felix: I had a terrible experience at this store. I waited 10-15 minutes in line, which I didn’t mind. Once I was inside, I chose the item I wanted. I tried to alert a few employees, but they just gave me a vague “I’ll be right with you” and then proceeded to serve another customer who had just entered the store. I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes in the store, or even longer, depending on who was on the list and who was helping me. I was already on the list when I entered the store, but it seemed like they didn’t care.

1 /5 Kristina L. Walker: Just purchased a pandora bracelet.. coming in I was so excited and happy. The retail lady made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. I went to different stores. I am not happy at all. I came in with work clothes on. She did not want to help me put it on. This to me is bad business and I’ve been in retail for many years.
