Tamela Alexander Mary Kirk was beyond helpful. This is my FILs bank. I was very impressed! They took care of his banking needs immediately, and Mary knew him by name when he walked in. He is disabled and has aphasia, and often has a hard time expressing his needs. This bank brought back a small town feel that I had not witnessed in a long time. Thank you Mary, and Regions.

Cinnamons Bakery Great service at this branch! The Tellers are very friendly and helpful. On the occasion I do have to wait I totally understand. Being in retail I know that some transactions take longer than the folks waiting in line would like, but that is the nature of dealing with customers. I have safety deposit boxes and have not experienced any significant wait time in accessing them. This particular branch is the most out of the way for my commute from work, but the Tellers make it worthwhile to frequent this specific branch.

Beckham Smith I moved here 3 years ago and I find the employees very friendly and helpful. I see some posts of a disparaging tone but I often think some people bring results upon themselves. The only issue I have is that I had to look elsewhere for Hi Yield Savings accts. They lost out on a majority of my deposits because of paltry savings returns.

LM Phallan The entire crew is is not only very knowledgeable and helpful but friendly and courteous. I knew absolutely nothing about royalty income and taxes! They patiently explained, answered all my questions and made everything too easy! Cannot say enough good about them.
