Regions Bank - Texas City (TX)

1 /5 Brian W: I go into this location to cash a check made by this bank from my insurance company. The check is in my business name, the lady went through all the processes of cashing my check including stamping the back of it. She then tells me sorry, I can’t cash the check because it’s in your business name. I showed her my EIN paperwork, articles of incorporation, not to mention my name, and address is on the attachment of the check. She again stated that she cannot cash my check, I asked for a manager, and was told the same thing. I now have an endorsed, stamped check, that no one will cash. I would advise anyone not to patronize this bank, as it appears that the people that work there are not trained properly!

1 /5 Sandrina Taylor Fitness: I had my account frozen. I couldnt spend any of my money. I called about it and was told the matter must be resolved in person. I went in person on Saturday, as I work during banking hours. I was told I could not be helped until Tuesday 6/21 as it was a holiday weekend. I went 6 days without access to MY money. It was a huge inconvenience. Why open on Saturdays if you can not accommodate your customers? I sat in that bank for hours asking to speak to management to accommodate my situation. Management doesnt work on Saturdays either. It made absolutely no sense for my account to be held up in the first place. I will surely tell everyone I know and all my podcast followers not to bank with Regions. The system they have in place is very poor and customer service is lacking as well.

5 /5 Tamela Alexander: Mary Kirk was beyond helpful. This is my FILs bank. I was very impressed! They took care of his banking needs immediately, and Mary knew him by name when he walked in. He is disabled and has aphasia, and often has a hard time expressing his needs. This bank brought back a small town feel that I had not witnessed in a long time. Thank you Mary, and Regions.
