1 /5 Naé Young: My details were obviously shared with Nexus financial solutions. I have asked for the past five weeks to not be called. Have been hung up on repeatedly, did speak with a representative today who advised that I was on the do not call list but wanted to know if I had reconsidered. I advise no that I did not want to be called anymore and this was my sixth attempt of being removed from their call list. He said not to call back anymore because there was nothing they could help with. And that each time I connected with the representative, it added me back to their system? You guys have to do better. If someone request one time to not be called, they should not be seeing calls from you six weeks later.
