1 /5 Elijah Kirkman Bey: Id like to share an incident involving a branch manager who spoke to me on a recorded line. She threatened to falsely report a late payment on my credit report, indicating a payment due on 11/10 as 30 days late by the end of November. When I informed her that its illegal to report inaccuracies on a credit report, she insisted that she was in control of the conversation and refused to let me hang up. After I disconnected the call, she immediately called back. At that point, I informed her that her actions constituted harassment and could have legal consequences.
