2 /5 Lauren Bryant: I have worked with 2 times in the past the things were great . But this time it was horrible ! The customers services is nonexistent! There was miscommunication and when called to get clarity after double checking the day before and day before that . Still I was yelled at and treat not important at all . Beware !

5 /5 Ron Hall II: Applied for my loan via their online feature. It was quick and very simple. Couldnt believe it was true until it started creating the documents to sign. Money in my account within 48 hours. Absolutely a blessing. Ive had the Brighteay Credit Card for a few years now. Ive also opened (and closed) maybe 2 or 3 loans in the past with OMF. Ill definitely continue to use them for those brief needs of assistance.

1 /5 Justin Bright: I had the BrightWay credit card until I realized there was a high annual fee. It was my first credit card in a while and I didnt know to look out of that. I cancelled the card six months ago and a few months later I received a check as I had a negative balance on the card. This week I receive an email to pay my outstanding balance. The card has been closed for six months. Turns out, the credit (my money) that was mailed to me is considered a balance transfer that comes with a $0.50 fee - tacked on months later. Customer service was a robot pretending to be a human simply reading a script. They kept repeating the contract line for line justifying the fee instead of talking to me like a human being. Its fifty cents. I asked to escalate and they said three times, the supervisor will tell you the same thing I have. A scammy credit card with useless customer service and petty fees. The only reason I think they would force this, is that I may not pay then Im slapped with an outrageous non-payment fee. If theres blood in the water, they will pounce. Fun fact: A friend of mine worked an event for the company and said they were pretentious and rude. They said the predatory fees are by design. Stay away.

He checked into what would benefit my personal situation the most. No pressure into the additional packages, just a great explanation of each option which made the decision making much easier. He’s sweet and very personable. Ask for him if you need anything!!

1 /5 Gustavo Zamorano: The customer service was horrible, had so many problems communicating with the reps, I once went into the office and was literally kick out because they said they could not help me with the online applcation and they where going to close in 40 minutes. I had to summit paperwork a couple of times as the representative advised incorrectly what documents I needed after I had already asked and verified and was told they had advised me wrong. After summiting everything and talking to several people, I was told I was not approved. It was such a waste of time for really horrible service. I will definitely not recommend anyone, and if I know anyone who is looking to apply, I will advise you not to do this with them.Void the terrible experience and waste of time.
