5 /5 Nghia Le: I’ve been to many boutiques, but this one truly impressed me with its exceptional customer service. Noah and his team made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Bryan was fantastic and let me try on any watch I wanted. I learned a lot during the process. I initially came in looking for a Tudor, but I ended up walking out with a beautiful vintage Rolex at an amazing price. I couldn’t be happier! I’m definitely coming back to get all my watch service here and make more purchases in the future.

I went in just to see if they’d size my finger (which they did) Bryan was the one who helped me, I was telling him about my boyfriend getting me a new ring and my old rings are waaay too big. He was very kind and even washed my old rings for me! He also reshaped one of my rings that bent all crazy from when I was pregnant and swelling! Very professional and friendly here!

5 /5 Nick Morrow: I went in to look at a Breitling or Omega, and ended up leaving with a Neo Vintage Submariner. The Watch I left with looks immaculate and shows no signs of wear, in fact all of their Rolex pieces looked brand new. Noah and his team have only high quality pieces and their pricing is realistic and in line with the overall market and their service is 5 star. If they have a specific watch you are looking for, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer example in better condition than you will at Noah’s….I tried to find a Dub in similar condition and better price and failed miserably. Save yourself some time and just get it from Noah’s.

From the start, Mitchell treated me like the most important customer, even though I was only having a link removed from the band. His desire to provide great customer service was genuine. I was deeply impressed by his professionalism and kindness that did not seem fake or forced in any way. I truly feel that he treated me with the same respect and attention as a customer that was in there to buy a $30K watch. Im not necessarily in the market for a watch right now but if/when I am, I would specifically go back to this store just based on how I was treated for such a small request/service.
