1 /5 Lovely Lynne: Poor Customer service and never apologized when messed up. Locked my online banking and told me I had to come in person to unlock my online banking due to my acct was being taken over even though I recognized every transaction on the acct. With acct takeover, someone has to be trying to make fraudulent transactions for that. There was no transactions being made on my acct at all and no answer to my question as to why they thought my acct was being taken over. With acct takeover you have to get a new acct right? I have the same acct and this was weeks ago. Still no fraudulent activity. I was told on the phone by a manager we have to protect the bank, from what? Theres no activity going on at all, so why? I also asked for the information to file a complaint and was told they didnt have that information. Of course, cause you know youre wrong. A total waste of my time. I went in showed ID and my acct was unlocked still with no explanation. My time is valuable too and noone even apologized about the confusion. Ive been with Neches over 20 years. The past few years have been a different vibe. I used to brag on Neches, not anymore.
