1 /5 LionTree Immersive: Mike is fantastic to work with even though a little slow to respond. Steven, his employee has horrible customer service and tries to give life lessons when you simply want information. Even after stating he doesnt take our frustration personally he condescendingly tries to school you on insurance. NOT professional in any way shape or form. Steven calls back and reneges on what he said he would do because he couldnt get his point across.
