1 /5 Craig Lencer: I was a client for many years before Al Sicard bought the business. I have 1 moving violation in 25 years along with 1 small fender bender. Just tried to raise my rates by another $50 per month. You would think I am a teenager driving a porsche. Awful customer service. No business hours. Loyal customer to previous agent. Not anymore.

1 /5 Nicky Dunn: I spoke to a progressive representative several times trying to lower my bill. Months ago I was told they couldn’t right now but to call back at renewal. Renewal went up another $25 a month I called and was able to get it back down but after shopping with local car insurance agents I realized I have grossly been over paying. I was told they now raised the prices for older cars as there studies have showed older cars have more accidents. Our cars are a 2015 and a 2009 in very decent condition. I was able to get our insurance down $93 a month from progressive. I called to cancel and they were offering lower which is funny because I had been told $239 was the lowest even after explaining that I was at home full time now with a special needs child. How can you get it down lower after I find better quotes not by one company but several. Terrible practice and quite frankly sadly greedy to your customers therefore I know longer will use progressive in the future and go to GEICO if I was ever stuck with a big company insurance again.

I went to AAA and saved 1300 dollars for my policy for two vehicles and homeowners. Thanks for not being professional. It saved me some money
