The receptionist was extremely helpful in contacting that agent, and following up with me. With her help, I was able to get my business settled in a timely manner. She was under no obligation to assist me with the claim, so her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Charles Wade Lisa takes care of us at Farmers Thomas Scott Agency. Shes very knowledgeable and helps break down your policy so you understand the coverages you have. We needed a tow and Farmers reimbursed us up to $75. I took my receipt to Lisa and she submitted to Farmers and I had a refund in my bank in less than 30mins. Excellent customer service at Thomas Scott Agency.
