5 /5 Rhona Gandy: Great insurance agent. Matt Moody works expediently. I had hail damage and May paid my claim in less than a week and it was more than fair. I was really impressed. Other people with different insurance companies and agents had not even gotten an estimate yet and we were already hiring repairs made. Awesome!

5 /5 Elise Mahoney-Smith: I have not been here long enough to say alot. I will post another review once we have been here awhile. I know that my coverage on our automobiles and home are exactly what is necessary. If your not properly insured with all the crazy things going on it could be devastating. I use the drive safe app, it gave me a credit within a week of installation of over $80. I like the app because you are able to see your coverage, what you are being charged and what money you are saving. My first expression is this, I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Ive called and the phone was answered with a happy voice! When the person that answered the phone was not sure of the answer to my question she placed me on hold and returned shortly with the answer. I met Matt Moody and he was professionally dressed and friendly. This office is one of the most established locations/businesses around, that is reassuring in itself!

Our Agent Maritza Castillo has been with us since day 1. She has always provided us good customer service, care, efficiency, pricing and coverage features. She has become like family. Shes available when we need her, and is quick to return our call. Ive recommended Matt Moodys team to many of my friends and family. I can definitely say we are "In good hands" with Allstate!

1 /5 Leea Contreras: We had Allstate insurance in 2022. Half way through our policy they went up $100 a month on our policy. When I asked them they said everyone policy went up so we canceled the next month. I found an insurance policy with Progressive that was hundred dollars less a month. So instead of telling us we had a balance of $250 they sent it to a collection agency. No letter in the mail or call asking us to pay the balance. I made arrangements to pay the collection agency and paid it today when I asked them to remove it they said they weren’t obligated to remove it. I’m very upset with Allstate for doing this to us! We had perfect credit with no derogatory accounts on our credit. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The least they could do is ask the collection agent to remove it!
