GREAT with communication!! 3. She goes to bat for her clients! The dealership damaged my windshield and she got them to replace it without me having to file an insurance claim! I was EXTREMELY happy because it would have been over $1k to fix. I am truly thankful for her. Not only did she get me AMAZING coverage for my car, she helped resolve my windshield issue. Without her, I know that it would not have been handled without her! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!!

Elena Huerta Dyan always answered the phone when i needed their servics, and before we hung up everything taken care of. She really takes pride in making sure everything was okay. If I was involved in an accident, I also got a follow up call to check how I was doing. The customer service is great! I have not been able ti find any place that supercedes this place in customer service.

Boom Pow The manager Wendy here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service demonstrated by her was absolutely appalling. Management really needs to reevaluate.
