1 /5 Jackie Arellano: DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. THAT LADY SANDRA IS SO RUDE! I can not understand why she is so rude honestly she has real issues (I feel sorry for her) I was asking to go over the charges when she charged my card for a deposit that she never told me about and she told me to stop calling her office and that I was not getting my money back. She literally started yelling over the phone. The whole experience was weird.

4 /5 Cowanda: I am huge on customer service, l know the works of my insurance policy very well. Plus, having a relative that guides me, whom is employed with TDI, helps me alot as well. This agency staff was extremely nice to me. Ms. Sandra who handled my call was on it, and made me feel at ease. Thank you First Texas insurance Agency.

1 /5 Daniel Banon: Sandra Caro, Agent/Owner, is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not understand customer service whatsoever. She has an attitude issue and it goes to show why First Texas Insurance is so poorly rated. I will do everything in my power to spread the word about the lack of customer service and Sandras lack of professionalism; afterall, your customers/clients determine the success factor. I highly advise all to steer clear of this business ran by such personnel.

1 /5 christian gamboa: This Insurance Agency called my phone and when i called back to see who called me they told me that i owed them money and that my insurance was going to cut off on the 25 of December 2011. When i asked her what insurance agency she was calling from she told me First Texas Insurance company on Longpoint. I explained to her that i did not have insurance with them and she simply hung up on me. Not only was this woman unprofessional and RUDE but she had the nerve to raise her voice to me and hang up as i was about to say something. This is why i have insurance with Hispanos Insurance they are always nice they deliver excellent customer service and they have great prices unlike First Texas Insurance. If anyone ever asks me about First Texas Insurance i will be glad to tell them to go elsewhere because this lady was incredibly RUDE!
