5 /5 Risa: I was visiting a family member in San Antonio and received a call from my local agent in the Oakhill office stating I forgot to pay my insurance payment. She directed me to the local agent in San Antonio which was the office on Bandera Rd. As soon as I walked in I believe her name was Yolanda was with a customer and promptly greeted me walking in. She was dress really nice and her office was really organized. As soon as it was my turn she greeted me again asking me how my day was. She was able to reinstate my policy as well as waved the reinstatement fee as a one time courtesy because I had been with the company for so long. Definitely the best customer service Ive ever had. I recommend anyone to go to Amco auto insurance because they truly care about their customers.
