1 /5 Aj Rojas: Sadly ive been with them for years but its like pulling teeth to get quotes. I have 3 cars and 2 house and still cant get a quote. I leave messages and no response. Rhonda have your people call my people. Voice of a customer can go far!!!! Here I am 6 months later.. they added my deceased father to my policy and will not transfer. Stay far from this place horrible. Get your shit together rhonda. Release my money and policy. I will continue to report yelps and reviews untill you personally rhonda contact me

1 /5 Maribeth Fuentes: Literally no one knows how to do their job. I paid my dues then they want to say I have to pay another $200 that same day for the next month when I should pay that when it’s the next month. I have called twice today and they sent me to voicemail. Then I called again and they picked up the phone then hung up. I have been patient and trying to do everything through customer service number, and the app; but no help was provided either. It has gotten to the point where I will have to go to another insurance agency. I don’t want that. So please Rhonda handle your staff correctly and politely, they can be very rude when they don’t know how to figure out a policy.
