1 /5 Tito S.: Horrible experience I had here with The Branch Manager… looks like she has a Power Trip. She needs some training on how to approach customers in some situations. She needs to learn how to word what she is going to say before she talks. Thank god I paid off my account and don’t have to deal with this Branch Manager ever again. According to other branches there is a lot of complaints about this Branch manager and I can tell by the other reviews. Also made a complaint with corporate but who knows if they will do something. Obviously she still working here. The only positive note on this review is to The Zaragoza Branch- Thank you for your help.

1 /5 Ivan Ortega: Ms Karina was extremely rude and unprofessional, im surprised how she hasnt gotten fired yet, I called to find a way to do payment arrangements and right way attacked me!! She acted as if she was the owner of the bank, calm down office secretary lol, I might just call corporate and tell them how this older lady treats their customers!

1 /5 Chester Walker: Lendmark isn’t bad, however if you can go to any other Lendmark other than this one, make sure to do so. I was with Lendmark in Virginia and everything went smoothly. Transferred over to this location and the staff mainly the women have continuous attitudes, and not tracking on important matters of the the account. I’ve had to call them and follow-up with documents submitted weeks ago. And, when you call for a update, you are met with more attitude even though the accountability is missing from this branch. I plan to pay this loan off ASAP or transfer to another branch. They are the worse loan branch I’ve ever experienced.
