The tellers make all my transactions quick and the customer service representative Trinity is very knowledgeable about my banking needs. Branch Manager Irene was very helpful and instrumental in handling important banking transactions. Thank you to the staff for excellent and friendly service!

1 /5 Colton Danforth: I walked in with a verified PNC Cashiers check at 4:42pm, and was told I could not cash it because I did not have an account with them. I rushed to my bank to cash it and they told me that only PNC could cash the check. My bank then called PNC and PNC confirmed that they could cash the check. I am now stuck out of town without the cash I needed to conduct business because a girl at this PNC location lied to my face about being able to cash a check, all because she wanted to go home early. So keep that in mind before you do business with them.

1 /5 liz atkinson: During a 2 month period I went to the new 24 hour ATM its been out if order - consistently!!! Also seems that I cant use my card out of town. I have to call in to notify them - what!!!!
