Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!! I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You all are the best!!!
