Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

Instead of taking a larger commission by keeping us in the dark about the details we were able to get a larger diamond that was $10K cheaper AND keep the original.
