Therefore, we would like to publicly praise John Farwell, our present agent, for always going beyond the call of duty. He let us know that we could only file a storm damage claim up to May 22, 2025, which we finally did after the claims adjuster found that our roof did have hail damage. John also told us about a $2000 benefit we were entitled to when our 21-year-old AC unit failed to switch to heating during a previous cold snap. John also put a stop on an insurance claim that was falsely made against of us for a car we had traded off to a local car dealership years ago. John Farwell is much more than a Good Neighbor; he is a hard-working, trustworthy champion for home and vehicle owners.

A few years ago I had a wreck that totaled out my car. I was not at fault but the other drivers insurance company was jacking me around and John said “I will take care of it” he had me all taken care of in one day! I recommend them to everyone. John has been in the business for many years and he knows what he is doing!

5 /5 george rein: My pod for drive safe went dead almost a year ago. My rep. Is in Ausrin. I called after hours about it not recording my trips. I was told dont worry you dont need it to get discount. After 8 months I tried calling my rep again. He told me he has no idea on how to fix it. Then said he would give me a number to call and see if they can help. Or I could go to a State Farm here in Temple. I called there the same day . I drove in and talked to Reese. We spent close to a hour and he believed it was fixed. I drove home and no recording. Reese said when I get a chance bring it in. I was there in a flash. He tried a new pod but then found out system would be out till August 14. I checked every day. Nothing. Then a few things came up so I thought it might work. Nope nothing. I called reeses number and got another rep. I am old and names slips my mind. She worked in cube next to Reese. She told me bring in phone and pon. She worked and worked. Tossed pod out . Gave me a new one and made sure it paired with phone. It did. On the first day when we thought it was fixed Reese asked me if I was interested in switching from Austin to Temple. I said oh yeah. I have never been happier since. I only wish I would of switched years ago. I got more help in 3 days than 8 years in Austin. John you have 3 amazing people working for you. I will be stopping by next week to get some of there cards and give them out to people I know. And I ones I dont know I will spend the word of how good they all are. Once Thank you John.
