We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years. Dainer Proenza Nah, go there, theyll steal your gold. I wore a thick ring to make it smaller, it was a thick style filled inside and when I picked it up again, it was empty inside, it weighed almost 4.5 ounces and when I returned it, it didnt even weigh 3 and the ring was all bent.

One of the rings was slightly bent and they fixed it as well! The cost was extremely fair (another place quoted me $700 to do the same job). Not only did they look phenomenal, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Marjorie Gant I had a small repair on a bracelet that I had. I brought it to Ambers and was waited on promptly. They filled out the invoice and told me what was due when I picked it up. Brian Hiltz Fantastic customer service, a talented jeweler and reasonable pricing. I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago. I am super happy with the service they provided, and highly recommend Classique Jewelers.

Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.
