1 /5 Pat Willis: I walked into the bank and the teller was very nice. I met with banker and I stated I would like to open a business account and I said before that how does your zelle work. The first thing she stated to me was you cannot zelle from a business account so you can only use zelle through a personal account. I stated I am aware of that and I would open a personal account as well. The next thing out of her mouth was disturbing to me. The banker stated that you can not use your zelle when you transfer money from your business account and it would flag your account. My thing why would you be assuming fraud or something of that sort have to be explained to me. Wait before you folks think i am tripping on something else. I politely got up after saying I dont want account here after the answer you gave to my question. I also went outside to my truck and called bank in to see if I would get the same answer to the question I just asked the banker. I did not get that disrespectful answer and I really appreciate Melonie I think she said her name was and no ai didnt tell her that I was just inside the bank. I will not.be opening account with them and will put everyone on notice about this bank social media here it comes.
